Альфредо Ситарроса[Alfredo Zitarrosa](1936-1989) — уругвайский исполнитель и автор песен, считающийся важной фигуры в культуре Уругвая и Латинской Америки. Его песни возвращают нас к корням, от которых впоследствии произошло танго.
Ситарроса работал диктором радио, журналистом, даже актером, а карьеру певца начал в 1964 году. Из-за связей с левой партией Уругвая «Широкий фронт»(Frente Amplio) был вынужден покинуть страну, а его песни были запрещены в Уругвае, Аргентине и Чили в период диктатуры, установившейся в этих странах. Alfredo Zitarrosa [Alfredo Zitarrosa] (1936-1989) — Uruguayan singer and songwriter, who is considered an important figure in the culture of Uruguay and Latin America. His songs take us back to the roots from which subsequently occurred tango.
